Maybe sometime you could do a workout on how to get all the way down in the middle splits/box splits. I am 3 maybe 4 inches from ground and can't go further. Wish I lived near yr gym. Yr workouts are some of the best available.

Thanks, good story! An IT band injury forced me into rehabilitative strength training. I used to be a cardio bunny (running half marathons. Now I do strength, flexibility and cardio. I also enjoy helping other people too.

Always love your videos and used some of your easier workouts in my routine. I normally train in the park with suspension trainer, resistance bands and body weight. Do you still play tennis?
