I would like to see more videos for beginners please. I would like to share your videos with my young adult students with limited skills to watch your videos and exercise added to their daily schedules. the Distance Learning for this year will be tough and a bit overwhelming. I think that taking some time out from their computer work and exercise will be good for them. thank you!

Thanks for the video. ive started strength and conditioning after a long lay off and these videos Ste brilliant. My favourite is the battleropes.
Are there any exercises or videos that you have done to help with doing dreaded pull ups please?

Awesome arm workout! You make everything look SO easy! I hate the music but that's my problem and I can turn the volume down and just watch it and do it. So thank you for your awesome workouts and all the time and energy it takes to make them!

Hello Cori Thank you for your videos. I can't do any push up, my arms are very weak. Have you any advice for me? Could you consider making a video about this common problem especially for us women? I would be very grateful to you.

Love the hybrid moves to add mix up my workout! However, the -arm complex- shall not join the itinerary. My adult ADHD got lost on the 17th move in that sequence so going to skip that one. ;-) Another great video.

I been doing similar arm exercise with 5kg weights for over a year now to tone up my triceps and they are still flabby. help please as I dont know what I am doing so wrong

How do I get better at push-ups? What do I need to focus on first? I want to be able to go as low as you. You make it look so simple!
