Just wanted to thank you for actually making a true beginner's workout programme with a real possibility of making it harder or easier as needed. So often I find that even the easiest verison of someone's -beginner's- workout would only really be applicable to a beginner who is young, fairly active (even if they've not been doing classic workouts) and without any issues. It makes it hard to actually keep up especially when you're coming at it from illness, injury, at an older age and possibly also a higher weight. I'm currently going through January's workouts for a second time but choosing the more difficult options and with fewer rest days inbetween and I can actually see the improvement. It's so much more motivational!

Last year was the time in my life where I concentrated the most in my mental and physical health and I was able to achieve 2 main Goals that I wanted for so long.
1-I took the first of 3 exams that I need to validate my University degree in the US (This was something that took me 4 years to achieve.
2- I lost 18 pounds and was able to run my first 5k non-stop.
I'm proud of myself for doing this things! And I hope all of you are able to accomplish that thing that you want in life, is never to late for our dreams: )

Looking forward to doing this workout, thank you! Had to think about this question because as most will agree it was definitely a challenging year with many goals pushed aside and survival mode kicking in. None of my original goals I set for 2020 were achieved but so many other things were - homeschooling my son while working full time and coming out of the year healthy and happy. Sometimes it's the small wins. -

Last year was tough for everyone, and I-m honestly proud that I made it through. There were many downs and few ups, a lot of losses and painful memories but I pushed through and tried my best to remain positive that the future would be brighter. I think learning patience with myself, that was an achievement. Thanks for the continued great content to help me become most proud of my health in 2021

This one killed me. I was so out of breath! But, I did it! -
Last year was not a fitness focused one for me. But I did start working out at home a little bit. It was not consistent but it was already more that I had ever done!
So, I can say that my biggest accomplishment was to acknowledge I am not in a good shape and actually start to do something about it, even it was very small!

Creating an efficient work out routine! I was the person who started a workout program and did it for a month and the dropped it, I think it was partially because I didn't find something I really enjoy, but last year I finally decided to do something for myself and now I've been consistently doing exercise for 5 consecutive months.

Hi Lucy, thanks for the workout. Can't wait to do it. I am proud that I started to exercise and kept to it. I fell a bit of in the middle of the winter, about 6 weeks, but got up and started again. I kept strong and kept going. I am still going. I showed myself that i can do it! Thanks for being part of my fitness this year.

Last year we had alot of time alone which wouldn't have been possible before. I realised I had anxiety and body image issues I never acknowledged before. I am proud of myself for working through them and improving my mental and physical health as a result. I am very grateful for that. Thank you for being apart of that Lucy!

I am proud of the fact that I was able to keep my self healthy and safe throughout the year last year. With all sorts of uncertainties that came, I needed a lot of moral and physical support of my family and friends to get through all the adjustments of the new-normal and I'm so grateful for them.
