I have a question, on some exercices, for instance, 'Lying extended ROM kickbacks', 'cross over kickback' and 'quadruped rainbows', your leg going up goes quite high, way beyond the line of the back (which is paralell to the ground. My physiotherapist told me bringing your foot too high while extending the leg in those positions (when the movement started from the position as if your body was a -table- or four legged) can be bad for your lumbar spine, as far as I understood from her. What do you think? Is there any benefit from going high instead of aligning the extended leg with the back? Thanks a lot!

These exercises really are targeting the right muscle groups for me but it's hard to follow along with the video because it's edited in such a way that the exercises are cut short and it's difficult to keep pausing the video while I'm doing the moves and I don't know how many reps I should be aiming to do. Can you do a version of the video where you do full sets of the moves along with us viewers?

What is the significance of performing these? I always viewed these types of exercises as movements women use to keep a nice butt. The more i get into body weight workouts, these movements seem to have value for anyone?

Revisited this glute isolation workout again in 2021. It does wonders to the lower body and lower back notwithstanding. Cheers to fun in fitness-
