My biggest fitness goal is to lose 100 pounds (or whatever ends up being right for me when muscle is factored in) as I have not taken care of myself for years; working multiple jobs, lacking sleep, and eating poorly for over a decade. I need to put my health as number one priority and the excess weight that I have been carrying is taking a toll on me physically and emotionally. I want to be able to walk up two flights of stairs without losing my breath, I want to be able to go hiking in the mountains again without feeling weak less than 50 meters up, and I want to be able to play outdoor sports with friends without it being a chore.

My biggest fitness goal is to do pull-ups! I tried for years and failed for many reasons (first of all lack of consistency. But this year I decided it will be My Year. I want to demonstrate to myself that I can do it, I can fight against anything that has always brought me down, I must fight against that side of myself that makes me feel bad. It's a bet with myself, and I really want to win and be proud of myself for once.

My biggest fitness goal is to loose my belly fat, never in my life I've had a flat tummy and I want to see how do I look with it. Also, since I started calisthenics with you, I also have a new one, and is being able to handstand. I just think that movement is so cool, and requires a lot of strength that in the past I didn't thought I had (I've always been awful at sports, so let's see how long it'll take me to get there!

My biggest fitness goal is to be able to hike the Seven Sisters ( Lofoten, Norway) in one day. It is a 20h hike, very demanding. I know that I won't be able to do it before a few years but I keep it in mind and make my good and exercise choices with this goal in mind.
A half-way goal is to do a 3 days hike in the region of Stavanger (Norway, this one is for this summer if it is possible. --

I'm working with a nutritionist/naturopath to deal with hormone and gut issues. In conjunction with that I want to get overall fit again - I've had to dial it right back because of health issues and I've never been as unfit as I am now. A lot of joint pain has prevented me from much exercise, at my age it really is a case of use it or lose it. I'm feeling very optimistic and I love your workouts!

My biggest fitness goal is to get to a normal weight (in BMI categories, I've always been overweight, even when I was little and I really want to know what it feels like to not have so much fat. I also had the goal to be able to do a handstand, but last week I actualy did it, so now I really want to be able to do it without the wall xD

Great workout, thanks Lucy! I try to keep my fitness goals small and manageable as part of a lifestyle instead of a once-off thing. That being said, I hope the small changes I continue to make and maintain will get me back to less body fat and more overall body strength. I wouldn't mind being able to do a crow yoga pose though!

My biggest fitness goals is to have a healthy and strong body. I know it sounds like a cliche, but I realised over time of eating healthy and exercising, that the number on scale is no longer important to me, feeling good in my body is what matters. And that was also a goal - to find the right mindset: )

My biggest fitness goal is to strengthen my muscles and get to a healthy weight to alleviate pain from my scoliosis. I am a massage therapist so it-s a huge goal of mine to make sure that I am strong for myself and my clients. P. S. I looooove the kickstart, thank you so much for doing this for us Lucy!

My fitness goal right now is to lose body fat %. I'm at 32% after the holidays and my goal is to hit 26%. I'm focusing on body fat % because my scale weight hardly ever moves and it can be really discouraging. Watching my fat go down is a better measurement to watch progress.
