Here is a totally normal day of eating for me and a look at my typical workout, trying a new recipe and discussing how to cook for others. I try to eat intuitively which means I try to listen to my body and don't have any set rules around what I eat and when

Hi Lucy I suffer from the exactly same things (psoriasis and perinasal dermatitis, and although cold does not help at all it is al related with stress. I found that not having any coffee (or caffeine) at all really helps (your adrenals are probably fatigued right now and they don't need any more stress from coffee) and stress managing techniques like yoga, meditating, and some herbal supplements. Sorry you are going through this I know how much it hurts.

I also have psoriasis and it's mostly on my scalp, around and inside my ears and a little bit on my face. I'm a vegan, so my diet is pretty clean. But I find that it flares up more frequently when it's really cold out, also when my immune system is not at it's best (like when I have a cold, and also when I overdo it with sugar and very processed foods like cookies, croissants, chips and all that -good- stuff.

I had similar breakouts and rosacea.
I completely gave up dairy and within 15 days, everything cleared up. I absolutely loved dairy especially cheese. I went through withdrawals BUT I feel better and look better. People commented on my skin. I drank more water in place of milk as bad now drink wee bits of oat milk. If I can do it anyone can. Good luck!

I feel for you in not knowing what to try. I've been experimenting for years to discover what ramps up bodywide arthritis. So far I've found out pain returns within a few hours if I eat ANY gluten, sugar or nightshades. Have to be 100% compliant or I'm in trouble. Wishing you the best in your experimenting

Oh Lucy, I totally feel you with the psoriasis flare ups. This cold weather is beautiful, however not too helpful for our skin. Stress is always a major factor for my flare ups (and the lockdown is definitely causing stress, but don-t blame your lifestyle too much. With this cold it is just unavoidable!

Hey Lucy, hope you're well. I have had some autoimmune issues, which I know psoriasis is and its all done to inflammation in the body and eating foods that are anti inflammatory and avoiding what causes inflammation is what I have found best so maybe that might help you too x

from other videos of what you do in a day, it seems like you normally have 2 meals in a day? either lunch/dinner or breakfast/dinner. or did I get that wrong? I definitely eat A LOT more. without even exercising. I think I would be so hungry with two light meals: (

Juice a whole stalk/bundle of celery every morning on an empty stomach, do it daily for a few weeks and I bet it really clears it up. I've cured horrific hand ezcema with celery, it was bleeding and I couldn't sleep, all gone!

For the flare ups, try to hydrate your skin with Kerium DS cream (ie La Roche, I don't know for sure, but it seems to have helped a lot controlling flare ups, especially the fiery red psoriasis ) patches

Awesome content! A tip that might help you with your skin etc. drop all the animal products and change to whole food plant based. It helped me a lot. It will boost your immune system.
