I'm back with another typical day of eating when I was going through my weight loss journey to lose 30kgs. Personally, I worked on reducing portion sizes and snacks and making some easy swaps, but didn't track or cut any foods out! I hope this gives you a few ideas for recipes you can try! x

I am currently trying to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle but i feel like the only thing really holding me back is my diet and the nutrition portion of the journey. Breakfast to be exact is really what I struggle with. I just have no idea how to cook pretty much, I only know how to make cereal, toast waffles, or microwave some leftovers it seems and this is pretty much what my breakfast diet has consisted of for a long time, I just have always been eating like a kid it seems my whole life and never seemed to acquire a new diet/regimen along my high school/college years. To put a face to it I-m a 22 year old black male still in college living at my parents house and I am around 5-4 165 pounds. I wouldn-t call myself fat but I-m just not in the shape i would like to be and I-ve never been at a physique I-ve enjoyed, I-ve pretty much stayed the same height and weight since middle school (maybe even elementary tbh. And basically long story short all I want is to lose some weight and replace it with some muscle and maybe obtain abs in the process. I feel like I can accomplish the workouts portion of training/losing weight but the food/diet part is where I really struggle. Nothing crazy but just a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in a nutshell and I-ve been looking at workout/exercise videos all day and they are all very overwhelming and leave me just saying -wow I-ll probably never look like him/her- or something like that. I don-t know I just thought I-d express my story/feelings under this video because your journey really speaks and resonates with me and is relatable. If anyone who sees this has any tips or suggestions on what I can try or motivation for me to hear please reply and all feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I wish I could eat like this but I hate most raw vegetables (onions make me gag, so does vinegar. I could tweak the recipes but I'm taking small steps - I cut out sugar completely. I used to live on 1 large chocolate bar per day but that was this winter when depression made me lay down and rot. That + meds= I gained 15kg. I stopped taking meds, started eating cleaner and I go swimming 5-6 times per week (cca 1. 5 hrs of low to medium intensity. I lost 5-7 kg in a month.

I have been making excuses for years about my weight and never really tried to lose any. This week I started a realistic portion/calorie controlled diet and since Monday I have lost 3. 3kg. I'm not going hungry, I still get to eat pasta, I still add mayo to things, but it is controlled.
I started the week at 150kg btw, this is why my weight loss is so drastic. It is exciting to think that in 10 weeks I could have lost 30kg!

Great content, love listening to you, wonderfully natural personality (is it the Brit in you? --. Funy thing, I discovered when I cook two ways the same meal, reduced cals for me and full on for my man, it makes me feel more satisfied in a sense that I am not depriving myself since I cook normally, even though I am not eating it. Sounds weird, but it works for me. Anyone relate? Lots of love from Germany

I think the eating part is the hardest part. especially when you are older I think. Chanhing what you are doing for a long time is quite a challenge.
And that is a thing I need to sort. The good thing is. I eat pretty much everything. (and I eat my veggies every day: D )

Shout out to my fellow lactose intolerant gal! I also love eggs, so may give those egg muffins a try. Also, I love how much vegetables you eat, it always cheats the mind into thinking that the portion is much bigger than what it is.

Already food stocks are dwindling off the shelves. The government useless BS excuse is there are not enough delivery drivers available. The governments objective is starvation to produce obedience!

Hi dear, I really love your videos! Once you reach your goal weight can you increase your calories a little more or do you basically eat the same way as when you-re working on your goal?

Did you start eating more after weight loss, to enter a weight maintenance phase? I-m scared of stopping what works and gaining weight, but also, how do you know you-ve lost -enough-
