I started today and it was super hard for me
Edit: Its been 2 weeks and except for 1-2 days I did this workout every day so I can see changes in my waist. The results are great so Ill continue and come back here again.
Edit: Its been a month and this video really helped me burn my fats. I feel better and my waist looks better. Im gonna continue and lets see what will happen.

I love you Cassey, you create amazing workout videos. But I dont want to listen your stories go on and on through the video, when I challenge myself and need focus. You break my focus like the overtalking friend who I just wanna yell shut up. Please seperate your vlogs to the workout videos. Its seriously annoying. Thanks.

I'm basically a beginner and have been able to do this months calendar so far, and then both videos so far today have been basically impossible. I've had a lot of momentum this month but this is kinda frustrating. I guess maybe I'll do the beginners ab workouts on ab days? Idk

I only say 2 chugga's before a choo choo. So it's Chugga, chugga, CHOO CHOO for me. Sometimes, I might say it 3 times. But that's me personally. And WOW! I love oblique workouts, I can definitely say I felt this one. I got it from the 2020 January calendar. Thank you Cassey!

Did this video as part of the February 2020 challenge. It is the third ab video for today. Actually feeling pretty good that I made it through the other 2 videos and half way through this one! My abs are definitely something that I have not worked in a VERY long time.

I watch your videos all the time and this is the first time I see this one and hear about puppies & planks! You should bring it to Miami and host it at Space Park! Its a beautiful Venus and would be so amazing to have this community gathering here

Cassey: Don't pair this with the ab isolate workout because that's a lot of abs in one sitting.
Also Cassey: Puts the oblique isolate and the ab isolate workout on the same day in this month's calendar.

Loved the workout! However, really hard to focus with Cassey talking non-stop about her event. maybe recording a video about the event alone would have been nicer. Some of us just wanted to get a good abs workout and got distracted: )
