We all know that getting exercise and feeding your body right is important when it comes to getting fit and healthy. But a lot of times, we THINK we are doing everything we are supposed to do but actually, we are not. There is one more thing we need to concentrate on - SLEEP. If you don't sleep enough, you put your body under stress. If you are stressed, you can't get the results you want. Stress makes it hard to gain muscle and lose fat. Stress makes it DIFFICULT to lose weight when your body is not well rested! SO! Today, I am showing you a full bed time stretching routine that will relax you and get you ready to fall asleep. Do this with me at night and you will have a deeper, more relaxing sleep that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and recharged when you wake up! These stretches will also help you increase flexibility. POPFLEX Virtual Warehouse Sale!

Hey Cassey. Thanks for great bedtime routine. I love that it ends with simply rolling onto my side and ready to fall asleep.
I do have a question about flexing and pointing the feet. I can do a great pike with straight back, straight knees and fully grabbing my feet. However when I flex and point - more specifically point I get really bad cramps in the arches of my feet. My feet freeze up a little bit and it takes a moment for my arches to relax up and my feet to position normally again. With this being the case can I skip the point and flex or is there another way to do it that wont hurt my feet so much? Thanks

stretches day 4 complete! most of the stretches are way easier now and i feel only slight pain. one ones that hurt and are the most difficult for me is the spilt and the legs over ur head thing i did not put a lot of effort into the spilt today since it still hurts a lot and for the over ur head i mean. it's ok? my legs will just not straighten enough

Why is no one talking about how good this routine and the video itself is? It felt like Ive had super chill time with my old friend. At the beginning I was like oh no, 15 minutes? too long, but by the ending of it I was like and thats it? I need more!
Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

I hate how dry my skin is, even though I'm eating healthy doing workout every single day but still. coz nowdays whenever I do stretches my skin is just cracking (specially the skin of my legs)and the worst thing is that I don't know what to do except covering my whole body with olive oil before workout.

I literally fell off a horse and once I was cleared of risk of broken bones and concussion I spent the whole rest of the day looking forward to my bedtime stretches in this video! If you're a sore equestrian, this is a sign to incorporate this into your routine

I like firm beds and I will never tell my ballet teacher I did this routine because you never want to open your chest up in ballet despite what everyone thinks you want to close that ribcage and tuck your pelvis in until it's almost under you

Update: as a midsize girl, I didnt realize how much one side of my bed was more dipped than the other until I attempted this. I almost fell out the bed but the stretches were AMAZINGGGG

Everytime I look up bedtime stretches I always get these ridiculous routines that take forever and are really complicated. I don't want to spend 15 extra minutes getting ready for bed
