For $100 off your aligners go to and use code blogilates. Wanna know the secret 3 step formula that successful people use to hit their goals every single time? In this video, I will share with you the same 3 step formula I've used to find success in school, in my career, in social media, on my blog, in my personal self improvement goals, and even on my weight loss and fitness journey! The most common reasons why people FAIL their goals are: 1. Their goal is too big and unrealistic. 2. Their core values don't align with their goal. 3. Their goals are too focused on the results and not the journey. In this video, I will share with you my personal goals - my 90 day fitness journey, my 20 day meatless challenge, and now a new goal I have for 2020! I plan on getting my smile back on track by using Smile Direct Club to straighten my teeth - FINALLY! I've been meaning to do this for a while, so I am excited to be on a plan to get there before the summer starts! Then I will share with you the secret 3 step formula that successful people use to crush their goals. It's really quite simple. But you've got to TRUST the process! Watch the video to find out! As an orthodontist assistant I gotta tell you those buttons you had with your first invisalign experience are actually really important in order to get better results. They are there to create more leverage and help move your teeth in a more precise way. To anyone else who is considering doing this please just go see an actual orthodontist, the orthodontist I work with cringes at this online no office visits needed. It can work for some people who are looking for really minimal changes but overall people always end up having to do more and more aligners and get stuck doing the treatment for much longer that they were expecting. Which in turn makes people give up and never achieve the results they were looking for. Also know that once you do this you should wear your retainers for the rest of your life, its not an exaggeration your teeth will always continue to shift. I know people will just do what they want in the end but Im just hoping this info can help any of you save yourselves from a really frustrating experience.

I have Invisalign braces and I can't stand them. I really hate the bumps that were added on my teeth for them and I am convinced my teeth don't look as white. Then there is all the dental visits. They are not painful. I do everything I am supposed to do. I had no asthma attacks in about 3 years. Now, since I got the braces, I have them every third day or so. I have asthma really bad now and find it hard to breathe with them in so I have to take them out every so often just to prevent an attack. I also find that I have to drink 2x the water just to keep swallowing without problems. I gained a lot of weight at the beginning trying to eat 3 meals vice the 5 I normally eat. I was always either too full or starving. It was the same amount of calories. I now take them out more and eat my 5 small meals. The weight is coming off much slower than it went on and yes, I am still eating the same amount of calories.

So. I have something to admit. I know that this isn't a workout video and it might be super irrelevant, but I just don't know what else I can do. I've been doing pop for years now, on and off. For months now I've had trouble getting into working out again, because of mental issues and becoming too fixated on working out and being healthy (I really wasn't though) in general. now that I've tried getting into fitness again, I found that I enjoy running, but doing these videos is difficult to say the least.
I really love you for doing what you do Cassey, and I've been so in love with your style of workout videos! But I don't know if I can continue getting better mentally while doing these exercises.
I love being active though, but I live in an area where there's nothing to do, no lessons for anything. Does anyone have an idea what I could do with minimal resources?

I started the splits calendar with my little sister back on December 1st with the goal to get our splits by the new year. Neither of us have ever been able to do the splits. We stretched together every night, a minute per pose. We weren't successful in the sense that neither of us achieved them by Jan 1st, BUT we were successful in the sense that we stuck with stretching together every single night. We decided to do it for another month and hopefully get it by the end of January. We also added some more moves to it. Our routine now is 2020 challenge, 30 sec of high knees, 30 sec of toe touches, 30 sec of jumping jacks, then a few minutes of wall calf stretch, then a minute of the daily stretch project pose, the 6 moves from journey to splits, 3+ minutes of wall middle split, frog pose, and finally butterfly. The whole thing takes maybe 20-30 minutes.

Last 2 years one of my resolutions is to correct my smile as well, I just turned 30 that year and having the idea to wear a braces is not what a 30 year old will do, but now looking at how my teeth straighten out, im glad ive made that decision and another 5 more months, im off from braces. Note that my teeth was not that bad but my wisdom tooth really mess my teeth alignment but the good thing about having braces, u have to opt for more soft food and that how i got started on plant base diet and since then I create more small goals and resolutions to achieve till now such as, added more exercise routine, attend more classes, trying out new activities. The ball keep rolling, so it is good, to start one solid one then the rest will follow. I wish everyone will keep doing and going with their resolutions. You can do this.

You have to be REALLY careful with things like Smile Direct Club. Yeah, it sounds like a good option because it's cheaper (b/c you don't have to see a doc) and faster. But it isn't always safe. It's not safe to be undergoing a cosmetic or medical procedure without regularly seeing a healthcare provider! For simple things, it will likely be okay. But for more crooked teeth, it may actually pull your teeth so that the roots are moved incorrectly, which may cause more pain and money down the line. A lot of dentists have come out to warn against starting it. I'm glad you're sticking to this new goal! But I'd be cautious about recommending something to others that you haven't fully tried.

My goals have gone from being too big, to hurdles I'm overcoming on my way to the bigger goal.
Had braces, got retainers afterwards, one called a bionator (cruel thing to expand your upper or lower jaw. Pretty sure I took my own braces off because I was so tired of them and thought my teeth were straight. Years later I regret it all. Should've just stuck with it all and my teeth would've gotten straight and most importantly, stayed straight. I know the feels, and after a tooth breaking to the point of being gone I dislike my smile even more. Doubt you had that issue, happens when you don't regularly go to dentist. Full of regrets regarding my dental hygiene

Smile direct club has gotten so many negative reviews so those who want to try it, be careful. Cassey and other celebrities might not have had negative experiences since they are sponsored or they actually did it properly in order to prevent even more bad reviews. I'm halfway through my invisalign treatment and I'm getting great results, but I made sure to have my orthodontist supervise the entire process. DO NOT undergo any cheaper treatment without at least consulting your orthodontist, you might end up spending even more money to fix any issues that come up, not to mention the risk of jeopardizing your dental health

What if you have goals that are more about emotional health? It's hard to make them measurable and time-based: / Every year I make goals that are easy to measure, ones that I have clear motivations for, and that I enjoy the process of, and I always have steps or ideas on how to accomplish them. But this year my goal is to learn how to be vulnerable, develop close relationships, and love myself regardless of what I do or don't accomplish.
I dunno how to measure or set timelines for this and I have no idea what steps I need to take to get there. sigh
