I want to slowly lose weight. I havent exercised in months. Walking slowly up some stairs wears me out really badly! Im gonna do this workout 5 times a week until February then Im gonna start doing one of her 10 mins workout. Im gonna go up 5 mins every month until April when Im at 20 mins. Ill also be walking 10 mins every day. Hopefully Ill be down 20 pounds by next summer cause Im too young to be 180lbs

Dec 28, when we do push ups there are variation in the way we move our arms like in this workout your arms/elbow are pointing sidewise and in some others they are pointing backward(toward heel. I want to know which is better or which is right.

Dear Future Grass, this is a HARD CARDIO VIDEO! Cardio in general is super challenging to me. I'll admit it, I took a quick break before starting the mountain climbers! But the mountain climbers are by far the easiest move here!
