I am going to try it for. well till I achieve my desired measure.
Now: 17 inches both thighs
I started it day before yesterday so.
Day 1: I could not do the whole thing in one time. I had to take breaks.
Day 2: The plies squats were easier and I could do it almost in one whole movement
Day 3: I could do everything and it seemed a lot easier than before!
Day 4: It was a lot easier than before!
Day 5: It literally burns in a good way and I can control my trembling thighs now.

DAMNN! I started this today, I'm on my red so I just tried it for a couple moments BUT I started sweating like hell in the very first exercise, my inner, back thighs and calves are sweaty! This DEFINITELY WORKS, you may have it difficult but I swear you'll burn it than any other workout videos if you do it right! Thank you so much, I just want to slimmer my hips and thighs coz they look so big and ugly in a couple months!

I really loved that workout but I have two questions. When I am laying on the side it's really hurting my hip because I am directly laying on a bone. What can I do to fix that? And when we were doing the left leg it really started paining in my ankle. Is that normal?

I feel so graceful doing these, you say as I fall over on the second side bicycles. I do your work outs at least once a week; I was not expecting that to be as hard as it was. Definitely saving this one for another time! Such a good burnout.

The tremble and burn is real. Omg
I had to pause a few times to quickly stretch out the leg because it just got! Thank god you can pause to do just that.

Nowadays as I'm getting stronger, the more I do it the less I feel it although it's good but I want to feel the burn (like the intense one. Now it's a different type of struggle.

Wanted to finish this workout so bad but didnt have space in my living room for the circles and bicycle moves. Guess its time to turn my office into a Pilates studio. Lol
