Today I am going to share with you my daily routine for staying focused, motivated, fit, and healthy! Having a solid routine helps me set a strong tone for the day so that I can conquer any challenges coming my way. I practice this routine religiously Monday through Friday. For those of you questioning about how she eats. I will tell you what I eat. For me, an apple IS a meal. It fills me up & I'm not hungry for anything else. Also, the more water I drink the less hungry I am & she drinks A LOT of water compared to me (I need to drink more. I don't always eat 3 meals a day (at times it's 2. I eat when my body tells me it is hungry. The meal that she made for them looks incredibly filling. I have a bowl about that size of salad & it fills me up. For dinner, I sometimes have 2 beef sticks & cheese. Last night it was 2 stalks of celery, some baby carrots, Ranch dressing, & 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin toast with butter. And before anyone screams eating disorder. I weigh 131 pounds. I eat to live-I no longer live to eat.
I'm not saying this is how everyone should eat. What I am saying is that not all people eat the same & we should not be judged for it.

I'm trying everyday to be more disciplined. My main focus now is to spend 30hrs a week on my graduation project. It's an individual project and you're supposed to treat it like a 40hr workweek but this is really hard for me. I try to do a 10 min Ringfit workout every Tuesday. I want to slowly work my way to 3 days a week workout, if possible for 20 minutes.
There are more goals I want to achieve in life; I'd love to work on my t-shirt side hustle (doesn't make any money yet, I'd ideally play violin every day or sing everyday, and there are so much other things that are enjoyable in life. But step by step I want to do more things with life that watching social media endlessly.

First off, I LOVE my to-do lists. I feel the same way. It helps me to have an goal of what I want to accomplish for that day, and I love crossing out things as I do them.
Secondly, I LOVE that she said sometimes her work day ends at midnight. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who is a workaholic. I honestly just love what I do and try to squeeze in as much as I can. Especially if I had a busy day at my outside job and had no time at home to do work for my personal business. That's when I try to put in extra hours. So I LOVED hearing that from her. I relate.
This was really awesome and inspiring. And yay for Joana Gaines! Love her.

Hi Cassy
You got me really confused about your diet. Thats really different from 28 day reset that i purchased.
Can you please make a detailed video on your diet routine as well?
I know its different for everyone and one should eat according to his/her own body but I am just wondering. if one meal (like you had in this video) kept you energetic whole day.
Beautiful video anyway

Does Sam cook? This let me work all day and then be a 1950s housewife scenario is why so many women are burnt out today and probably why you're working to midnight. We can't do it all and it's BS to create videos acting like we can. Especially the making 2 meals. Why wasn't he in the kitchen cooking with you making his own bowl?

Cassey, hear me out a minute.
I'm 14(overweight, but its going down, thanks to you, I might mention) and I've recently been having weird digestion issues, and I think the food is absorbing too slow. I often over exercise, and yet this does not bother me in any other way except muscle soreness sometimes Can you help?
