Bloat. We've all been there. Wanna know the secret to reducing bloat? The best way to get rid of all that uncomfortable gas is to drink lots of water and get your body moving! Today, we're gonna do a 10 minute cardio routine that has NO jumping, so it will be super easy on the stomach! We'll do each move for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Ready? I really like you and some of your workouts but this one. its not it! These moves wont help you with bloating or your diagestion. I wanted to try it because i had some bad chatdays in a row and this move do not motivate to start again and get back on track because they are quiet hard. I am so so sorry but this is my honest review on it!

I was feeling bloated and sluggish just now. Did this workout. I feel really good actually. Still bloated in looks, but I don't FEEL as bloated as before. Never heard of prisoner steps, aiyiyi! Difficult, but turned out to be my favourite part of this. Thanks Cassey, and thanks for all the positive encouragement too

Thank you so much! I sometimes feel so bloated and heavy. After this even though it was difficult I feel a lot better after. I really appreciate your positivity and encouragement to help us get through this video. :) I also like how you talk about having a good relationship with food since its something I struggle with.

Casey Casey Casey! Im so happy I found this workout right when I started to feel that Im losing my shape due to bloating and find myself in situations that come along with that feeling. It boosted my mood and reminded my body how good it feels to be energetic! Cant wait to do it tomorrow

This was a great short workout that got me moving while not being super intense. Thanks! Also, I love ice cream too! I don't have a dairy intolerance but still enjoy dairy free ice cream. I highly recommend the Magnum dairy free ice cream bars with chocolate coating! So good!

i have been doing this video since last friday (its thursday) and ive seen such a huge difference! i still bloat but i eat the same amount and my stomach is a lot smaller at the end of the day. im not dieting either. this video makes me feel so confident abt myself

I get bloated with everything, and I think thats partially how my eating disorder started. dont eat, no bloat. I hate it. My favorite cheat meals are fast food and pizza. And I dont like that I allow myself to eat it. Not often. Maybe a couple times a year

I love this routine. I did it one night after eating too much and i burped immediately. Now whether I eat too much or not I still do it. The only thing I alter is the around the world. I'm not too coordinated haha.

Omg this felt amazing! I havent moved my body all day and I ate a lot of junk food today (it was a lazy day today ) but after this video I felt so much better and healthy: ) totally recommend you guys!
