I honestly adjusted this workout I'm several ways to make it harder. Some parts of the workout was too easy but I use this video to help me keep track of time. I don't have the time to do all of 3 rounds so I only do two.
1) I replaced the single leg dead lift with single leg bridges.
2) I do the pistol squat and the Bulgarian split squat as plyometrics. For all the exercises except the single leg
3) I use a pair of 12 lb dumbbells for all the activities except the single leg bridge.
4) In between the two rounds, I do 2 minutes of calf raises

4: 13 Back and Forth Jump Squat
5: 13 Bulgarian Split Squat
6: 25 Side to Side Jump Squat
7: 28 Single Leg Deadlift
8: 31 Explosive Switching Lunges
9: 30 Alternating Single Leg Wall Sit

If you think that you can't do it anymore just push through! My legs were trembling by the second round but I did a nother round. Putting your muscles near/to failure is the best way to build muscle!

I do leg day at the gym twice a week and that includes just about every kind of leg exercise including heavy squats and this calisthenics workout just had me trembling and sweating profusely

is there any alternative for jumping squats front and side cause im in an environment where those two where impossible to execute

What should i do if I can only stand barely even im only on the 1st set. should i rest and continue or stop?
