Physiotherapist here. One important thing that he missed is that in order to increase your Hamstrings flexibility you actually need to stretch your hamstrings! Now if you do these mobility exercises as he does there's a chance that you are only increasing your mobility of your spine and none of your hip. You need to do this exercise with a straight back to 100% stretch your hamstrings and improve your hip Flexion with straight legs like in the L-sit. Otherwise great video as always: D

I have been trying to learn the L sit for over a year now, nothing works i think i have wasted 60+ hours trying to learn it. I just cant have my back strait and my butt is sticking out, i am 6, 4 feet tall can that maybe be a problem? Plis help i do want to this right and not waste anymore time, trying to learn this.
I do want to learn this so bad but nothing works-.

When I heard the first statement I thought he was stating the obvious, but the more I thought about it the more it made sense. -you don-t do it, because you don-t think you can do it- - it-s such an obvious thing but that kind of kept me from gaining all the calisthenics and breakdance skills I wanted to get. I can do a V sit for 10 seconds on the floor. Is that a good beginning exercise to build up strength?
Also how long should it take? for comparison they say one handed push ups are tough to do but I went from no push ups to one handed push ups in 3 weeks

I have never particularly liked tattoos, but yours are very attractive. I like the placement and designs. I particularly like the ones around the neck that are very detailed but stop at the jaw, which highlights the jawline. Very nice aesthetic selection!

I didn't even know I could do this and I did it first try -- I also found out I can hold a I think it's a body lever the planche but you have your elbows tucked and I'm told I have good form so far it's already opened so many doors at 17 years old

Hello Chris bro I ll definitely do this exercise regularly. I do all ur workouts regularly but I can't do perfect pull-ups as I don't have perfect grip to hold at home I do active dead hold pull-ups only

Any tips for people who-s main limiting factor is legs, I-m not sure if I-m trying to push my legs too hard but my legs are always the first thing to give out even though it-s like the least stressed part

-One of the main reasons why people can't L sit is because they literally think they can't do it - I gave it a thought and I did my first L-sit hold for about 5 sec -. Brother I owe you.

Ok I'm at L sit kicks I can't do the single leg kicks yet but I have got through a couple of progressions so I will keep practicing and I will get this thanks Chris
