Today I'm going to share with you the EXACT process for overcoming the skinny fat physique Firstly, What is skinny fat? Being skinny fat implies that you don't have low enough body fat to really see definition and you don't have enough muscle mass to the point where you'd be able to see definition anyway. In other words you are in a sticking point And a lot of people get to this stage and have no idea how to approach it So what are the options? Ultimately we have two options from this point. Either to Shred down body fat to hopefully reveal what muscle mass is underneath OR to Lean Bulk up muscle mass and improve your body composition by adding muscle to your frame. Well then, what's the better option? Most people would go with the cut. because you're skinny fat, and to lose fat. your need to cut right? Well let's say you were to cut down body fat The likelihood that you will greatly alter your body is quite low And the reason comes down to you simply not having enough muscle mass to begin with Trust me. I made this mistakes in the beginning and wasted a lot of time. This is why you can get to very lower body fat % levels and still not be able to see a whole lot of definition - YOU need the muscle mass first! 9 times of of 10 the right option to fix the skinny fat physique is to go with the Lean Bulking route Understand build a great physique comes down to a lot more than just having low body fat % levels And that extra layer of fat you have that is covering your abs in reality may not be covering a whole lot. Lean Bulk & Build first the Shred down to reveal your shredded self!

what is working for me is exactly what he is saying (unless you have massive fat I'll say) I'm doing cycles of 4 to 5 months of lean bulking and then 6 to 8 weeks of cutting, it takes massive amount of patience specially in the earlier cycles where you haven't gained enough muscle but haven't loss enough fat either, pretty uncomfortable place to be in, but you'll see that with each cycle you'll be able to maintain more and more muscle to a point where you'll just have to do a final 12 weeks cut to be great, I'm talking 1. 5 to 2 years of hard work here guys so don't get discourage, I'm still in the journey myself but I'll get there

Hey I hope you read this and some of you guys in the comments try to help me. So I-m 5-6, 18yrs old and 155. I know I need to bulk and through my fitness pal I need to eat around 2, 400 calories. The options are gain 0. 5lbs per week or 1. 0lbs. Which lbs should I go with? Also I heard something about adding calories to your diet every week until you reach your calorie intake goal and others say to eat the same calories every week, which route would be the best? Also people say that 16: 8 goes will with carb cycling. I need help with this right here. So pls help me out on this guys

I am 62 kilos and 1. 66 cm and have about 22% body fat. I lost 25-30 kilos over 3 years. I seem to have a lot of fat in the abs area, my tummy looks fine when I stand up but when I am sitting or in bed I seem so fat. So I do push ups, abs exercises almost everyday for my skin to recover. I am also doing tabata(for strength. Am I doing smthing wrong?

What is you already have some muscle will a cut be better and since you-re kindda of a beginner wouldn-t a sort of body recomposition be possible if you lift weights?

Can you help me what to do?
Should I join a gym to build my existing (meagre muscle) or should I bulk?

If you-re skinny enough then you can do like me and suck in and flex really hard all day. Eventually you-ll get to my level and forget you-re doing it

If you're skinny fat, just cut weight while doing resistance training. Have a high protein diet, cut the bs food. consistency is key. (:

Except you were not skinny fat just skinny a skinny fat guy will never have those cuts you had on the first pic only after cutting
