20 min morning workout (no equipment bodyweight workout) - Fraser Wilson SuperMcbatman: I normally go to the gymn but want to try out your workout here instead, as I think it'll lead to better results.
Here we go
Day 1. Man that was hard! I think the only thing I could do the full round of was the squats. Going to keep it up though, wish me luck.
Day 2, harder than day 1, I think I'm still tired from yesterday. My core is getting stiff during some of the sessions. I think though that my technique is the thing I need to work on the most.

Day 1: very difficult, the 20 minutes felt like forever. I stopped 1/2 the way and almost gave up. I took a quick break and finished it. Having trouble with the forearm push-ups as well as leg balance (one of my legs is more muscular than the other, so my plank positions are not even.
Day2: Less difficult. Today I felt good, I felt tired after around 13 minutes. It was still a struggle to finish, but I felt really good after this one -.

Very difficult but I got through it! I wouldn't ever be able to do this a year ago.
That being said, forearm pushups? Excuse me? I thought my wrists were gonna snap by the 3rd one so I just continued with regular pushups lol. I'm impressed by everyone who can do those
Thanks for the vid! I will continue and hopefully get through the whole thing with ease and better form

I've had 3 weeks of no exercise following surgery. I usually workout 2 hours + per day. The Dr has said I'm OK to start working out again, but I'm worried I might be rushing things so I'm going to start today with this and some dumbbell arms, this video looks perfect! Many thanks: )

I wonder why is it specifically called -morning- workout? So if you do it as your regular workout after the work, is it less efficient?

I do it twice a week during my day off, as a marathoner, my main workout is running. it-s like a tailor made this routine
