I recently got a similar set of scales myself. I noticed that there's a huge difference in my body fat % between normal male (17%) and athletic male (12%. The requirement to use athlete mode says you need to perform at least 12 hours of exercise per week, training for at least 6 months and have a resting heart rate of 60bpm. I'm 12 hours, 4 months and 60bpm. I was advised to just pick one and stick with it. Maybe I'll compare the two again later down the track when I have been training for longer. I have decided to use normal male as I believe that body fat % is closer to my actual.

I can't understand why I've worked for more than a month and even if I look better, because I'm stronger and you can see the results but when I look to my body fat percentage it's blocked at 12. 7% and the muscle mass downcreased from 42. 5 to 42. 2. Could you explane me how?

It's totally depends on ur body types okk if u have skinny body u can make easily abs but if u have high body fat body it's to much difficulty

If I do ur traning videos at home without go to the gym. thats will be effactive? Mean to get shradded results

Only way to measure body fat percentage is having someone do it for you with measuring tape. You-re at most 10% body fat. Not 12.
