Oh god please tell me I-m not the only one who had that heavy sinking feeling when he said they are necessary - glad it-s a joke cos they are not an option for me. Not sure if I-ll be able to achieve a lean build with my limited: no supplements and almost no equipment, just resistance bands and all of Frasers workout vids, I feel like I-m at a huge disadvantage

If I take 5g creatine once what is the best time? pre-workout or after with whey protein(im so confused because if I take pre-workout then I going to have more strenght and training is much better but if I take that after, my body will absorb that better)

I heard creatine mono is bad it just uses your water weight and makes you bulky I would suggest hcl creatine
