Day 3 of our 6 Week Shred Workout Plan - This 30 min total body HIIT cardio workout + abs is a great way to get that heart rate up and start burning some FAT. Including HIIT workouts is one of the best ways to start seeing results and really getting that shred. This total body workout at home can really be done anywhere - especially because it requires no equipment. The more you do full body HIIT workouts, the more endurance you will build - so don't be discouraged if you need to take breaks. Take this total body HIIT cardio workout at your own pace. OK, this is going to sound strange, but. I tried to quit this workout SO MANY TIMES to get back to my busy day! But every single move was just so much fun that I couldn't help it - I had to keep going! So glad I did. Thanks for the most fun HIIT workout ever!

i just started following this after a long time of rest from sport. day 3 i couldnt move from leg day 1 =') when i did day 3 the next day (after a 40 min run) i couldnt hold till the end: ( tips plz

Great workout. Started out modestly then really ramped it up. I burned 256 calories as a 5'6 and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
