OK, this is going to sound strange, but. I tried to quit this workout SO MANY TIMES to get back to my busy day! But every single move was just so much fun that I couldn't help it - I had to keep going! So glad I did. Thanks for the most fun HIIT workout ever!

Great workout. Started out modestly then really ramped it up. I burned 256 calories as a 5'6 and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
