Maybe it's just me and the fact that I'm trying to just get through the exercises without dying, but it's confusing to do an entire side worth of exercises on say the left, inject a whole set of different exercises (i. e. Abs) then go back to the side you didn't do. why not perform. Both left and right side for each exercise as you're going through?

These are interestingly different full-body combos, involving squats a lot. I imagine that is to challenge our bodies and balance, and boost our testosterone with the squats.

Thanks Dan - but good lord, it was harder overcoming the repetitiveness of the song at the end of the video than it was the workout! A true mental barrier that one! Love the workout though 9/10

Found this workout. This is a tough one. Did 30lbs and 20lbs. For one who is now permanently working from home these workout are great and sweaty. Thank you
