While the exercises are sometimes hard for me. when the Song Catiso - Shut it down starts. miraculous i can do all exercises for 90 secs not only 45'!

For people like me who struggle to do the push-up pulses at the end, do you recommend putting knees down to push up and pulse or hold a low plank for 30 secs?
