My honest opinion: this workout wasn't that exhausting or stressful compared to ur others

That ws everything It promised to be, those press ups! By the end I was managing only 2, and all but failing on the second! Absolute killer combo of exercises! Still couldn't resist a few hammer curls and reverse curls at the end to smash the biceps.

These are getting tougher and tougher! Brilliant workout Dan. Ive been taking weekly pictures to keep track of progress and already seeing a big difference. Looking forward to posting the result after 6 weeks. Thank you so much

Just when I started thinking, I haven't been REALLY sore from a workout in awhile. I did this and I've been sore for three days. What kind of sorcery.

Missed this first time round. Probably the toughest workout of this series. Still got aches two days later.
