Noel, The train from Newark to JFK is only 1 hour via subway. You take the AirTrain from JFK Airport to Jamaica stop to transfer to the subway to JFK. The helicopter was a nice ride but for an extra $200 plus your expensive flights was very costly. Those business seats seemed to close together. Service didn't seem 100% great. Hopefully, you're updated on all your vaccines. Africa requires tons for travel.

I have flown with RAM many times before, and I never seemed to have any complaints. I normally go to economy class. To be honest, I am surprised with the service/food they had given you. Normally they are extremely nice and friendly, and the food is great! I am going to Morocco in 2 days and I will be flying with RAM so hopefully nothing will go wrong.

It turns out in December I will be taking the same two planes from JFK to Barcelona. It was the only business class my company would pay for. Were you on time? The on-time rating is not great, and my layover is only 1 hour both ways. Thanks for this review - there are not many of this airline and yours is most recent.

The rest of the Casablanca airport is worse than the lounge; the check-in experience (and security, etc) was the worst experience I had in Morocco, which was otherwise great. I did a bunch of the BA F mistake fares from CMN-LHR-MIA last year so I got unfortunately very familiar with Moroccan airports.

There tends to be some confusion over the socks, or the quality of the socks. Those socks are meant to be worn over your socks if you choose to take your shoes off. Then if you happen to move about you'd like the provided socks over your personal socks. I think that makes sense. Cheers!

I booked a flight with Royal Air Maroc that got cancelled in May 2020. To this day I still have not received a refund even though it was promised over almost three years ago and when I call them, they keep saying they can't help me. I would avoid these thieves at all costs.

Dont know if youre aware about the 787 aircon units. They require the cabin crew to enter the number of cabin occupants before takeoff so the aircon can adjust the humidity and filtration. If its not entered or done incorrectly, the air quality/humidity might be off.

It's plane food. You said it was nice but didn't look nice and then you kind of run it down in the toilet. Maybe your as$ was on fire in the bathroom and you changed your stance love the videos. Soon you will be back in the UK Palnning Mansfield International Airport!

Have you been to Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and/or Finland? I have family in the lattar. I highly recommend Icelandair when going to Scandinavia from USA. I'm going on British Airways, however, on my next trip, so I can have lunch at Heathrow, before connecting.

Dude, fly economy to get a better idea on the service. If I spend $5k on a business class, I would expect a beautiful flight attendant to give more than just comfort if you know what I mean.

Yes they are that bad. Thousands of people have been waiting for reimbursement from this airline for years. And last they lost thousands of luggage and refused to reimbourse people. Thieves.

Normally there is a priority line because there is in morocco and more destinations also only in new jersey we dont have any lounges, we got almost 60+ lounges out of morocco

I cant stand that baby crap. I'm paying $3 & $4 grand & I have to deal with someone else's crying crumbsnatcher. I could've saved $3 grand & flew in economy for that annoyance

RAM is superb. I am a loyal RAM customer and admire their customer service and efficiency. Unlike awful BA for example, RAM offer an excellent cabin service.

Royal Air Maroc are the worst airline I've ever flown. LHrR to Marrakech on two occasions. never again. Air crew and ground crew were awful.
