14390 miles and Im guessing she did not drive it for a week and left her security camera for watching the truck plugged in so the battery barley turned over and the code came on soon after wounded if the battery was so dead it caused it to throw the code and go into limp mode. I guess thats why I always fill her truck with gas love my wife and still taking it to the dealer cant have her going into limp mode with my kids in the truck its -4 today too.

Hey, Eric. Just wanted to thank you for this video. I had this sensor fail last winter, chevy replaced it free of charge. I guess you get the first one free from them. Apparently there were issues with the factory ones. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge, I have been working on my own vehicles since my dad starting teaching me as a kid. These new car's with all the electronics are a challenge.

Worked great on my 2011 GMC 5. 3 with 130K miles. I didnt get the reflash done, now after warmup it will idle high - it has to do with the ECM learning over time on the dirty Throttle Body - Ill have to use the 3min idle/60sec off/3min idle relearn deal and let it run some miles and time to see if it clears up. I know its not a vacuum leak as I did the carb spray trick and nothing happened.

Ok I have a 2012 gmc sierra 1500 sle my truck starts runs fine for about 10 minutes and then it will die and the check engine light will be on and it says reduces engine power woint turn over for a few minutes thin it fires right up and will run for a few minutes thin it dies again anyone have any ideas what could cause that thank you(:

I just did that exact same repair on my 08 gmc sierra haven't took to gm to get what you were taking about flashed or what ever took a day for my engine light to go back off im not a mechanic or claim to be one really enjoyed your video i hope i have no more problems with it bn driving it for 3 days no truck runs great

But I just contacted the local Chevy dealer parts counter and they told me that I have to replace the intire throttle body and tps 400. 00 and change?
I have a 2003 1500HD Silverado 6. 0l crew cab LT
Are they correct or just trying to milk me pockets?

Question for ya I have a 13 Silverado the throttle is hanging after I rev in park runs & drives good only in park neutral it hangs at like 2k for 2-3 sec Ive cleaned the tb, changed the tps, cleaned the maf sensor only other thing I can think is the accelerator petal or computer itself? Any suggestions

08 2500hd 6. 0 gas burner. I've had a year of electral issues. I've replaced the tps, tac, maf sensor, tps wiring harness, battery, battery terminals, ground wires, added ground wires and still throwing codes. Anyone have any ideas? This is my primary truck and it's driving me insane! 140, 00 miles
