That Garmin Tablet thingy is called the maps and more, it can also be detached to use it as a standalone navigation system. It has a docking connector in the back to communicate with the car and it's needed for Bluetooth connectivity. It was also used in the 1st generation of the VW UP! which is the cheapest car VW sells in the EU. Having to use it almost every day on my UP! I must say it's quite painful to have a 2013 Garmin as infotainment, it's pretty bad in almost any aspect, but it's standalone nature always made me believe that Garmin would release an updated modern version that you can just slap on the holder and work, but it's never going to happen, is it?

Can anybody explain to me, how it's possible to have a 9 liter tank, a average fuel consumption of 0, 9 l/100km and a range of only 400km? Doesn't work out for me.
--> ended up searching it myself. The cars battery can be charged and has a range of about 35km on full electrical power. So the 0, 9l/100km is kind of fake. The actual fuel consumption is about 2l/100km with an empty battery. The tank is 10l and the actual range 550km including the battery.

I think part of the reason why the passenger set is farther back is so that the driver can see the little mirror screen. When you were sitting in the passenger seat it seemed like your legs might be in the way of that screen if the seat were moved as far forward as the driver's.

hmmm. I like the idea of cameras instead of mirrors. But I hate how they've done it in this car. I know it was probably one of if not the first car to do it but the distortion is awful I'd have no idea what I'm looking at

Imagine if electric cars looked like this and not brick shaped SUVs. We'd getter better miles per KWh and far less damage to roads. The future sucks a bit without a bit more vision. We need lighter, not heavier cars.

So the 650hp supercharged v8 and incredible performance of the c7 z06 corvette don't make it a supercar, but some folding doors and a bit of carbon fiber makes this 2l diesel hybrid a supercar?

The passenger seat is a little further back and offset to prevent the passenger's legs and knees blocking the view on the side mirror camera screen, on the passenger side door from the driver's seat.

THIISSSS is what fuel efficient hyper milers could've been if it wasn't for psychotic special interest groups demanding every vehicle have 27 airbags and a 7, 500 lb curb weight minimum.

My god I really struggle to watch Doug, but I did want to know more about this car so I guess, thank you.
Doug: Another quirk of this car
Me: YOU!
