I would get that 08 Impala SS for 800, if it actually has a new or properly rebuilt transmission with at least 1 year warranty. Those Impala SS are a rare find. Step on the gas pedal, and it really moves, that's if it works properly. 5. 3 Liter V8 motor. Automatic transmission. Dual Exhaust. Leather Interior Seats. SS body package. Upgraded Brakes. Aluminum sport wheels. And so on. Interior Bells and Whistles, includes upgraded audio system and more. If a car like that needed engine or transmission work, I would see if I can find exact same car, that's been, let's say rear ended, but all is working good under the hood, I buy the entire car, and swap over all the needed parts for it. Very nice and rare car.

Dear Scotty I have a problem in my 06 Mazda-6 2. 0L, when start and driving it in the morning the transmission shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd only. then from 2nt onward is smooth. this is when it is cold in the morning after driving it for around 25 miles Transmission will be smooth and there is no jerky shifts from 1st to 2nd any more (All Gears Become smooth. this is repeated every morning and some time if I stop it for a while. notice that I have changed the ATF recently. Thank you in Advance

Myndas has a 09 impala ss as far as money pits no there not but 800 bucks i would agree stay away they were fast powerful cars and they got bet to death and if it had the transmition repaced in it that tells me it was bet if u ddove them normal and play once in a gret wile there great cars but if u run them hard and u do it often thet snap motor mounts axle schafts and transmitions that is a good sidn that it has nit ben tken care of and it will be a money pit

Scotty, I went against my better judgement and bought a new car because I just couldn't resist. I got a 2019 Toyota RAV4 Adventure model, what do you think of them? Also, I saw your video about new Toyota models having that engine recall but couldn't find it for my car, does that mean Adventure models weren't affected or has it just not been released yet?

Scotty, thanks for the tips. On my Dodge 1500 1997 truck it had a little idle problem upon starting. I thought it was a fuel air or some vacuum leak, but it would run fine when I got it on the road, like no problem. Anyway, long story short, I got a new battery (since the existing battery was 8 years old) and it ran fine, no problems.

Scotty I have a 2011 Sierra 5. 3The motor acts like it has a miss, changed the coils and it still does it. I was told it's normal for that motor, but nothing missing should be normal, unless it's money out of my wallet. Any ideas, about the miss in the engine. The money I know how to fix haha

Figures the LS460 is a money pit. its the only Japanese car Id every consider buying I looked at a 2008 a couple months ago but when I saw the ABS Failure message & Lexus said it would be about 3k to fix, I said forget it. Ill admit its a beautiful car but Ill stick with my Mercedes & BMW.
