The Incredible Apache Warrior - Ancient Workouts with Omar Marc26: I love the native Americans and their culture and connection to animals and nature. Their spiritualism is unmatched, I feel so so sorry for what the US Government has done to them and continue to do, Native American's are humble kind strong people's who we can learn a lot from. I always wanted to see a medicine man specifically from the Apache tribe, I just have a tremendous amount of respect for them

The part about white people killing buffalo -for sport- is absurd. Pioneers had just as much of a need for food as any other human. Sport hunting is a game for mentally ill people of all colors, as is -ritual sacrifice- which is a past time a whole lot of other people took part in. Settlers weren-t just white, Omar. I know you aren-t the brightest, but do they let you fact check before posting?

They still train the special forces in their knives fighting style they had them winning the battle of the warrior they carried so many knifes and think they had to fight idiots who would wipe out a animal to kill another race or give them items with small poxs and no matter what they did the native Americans ( Miss Nabi ) first American are still here and getting the land back Native Pride.

Actually, most Apache groups did not depend upon the buffalo. Tribes that significantly depended upon the buffalo mainly the Kiowa-Apache and Plains Apache who weren't actually -Apache- (they came separately from the north but also spoke an Athabascan language. Other Apache groups hunted buffalo occasionally but did not depend upon it.

In my opinion the Apache had one of the greatest warrior cultures of all time. There focus on developing grit and cardiovascular fitness from endurance running is something that modern soldiers do to this day and was a training regimen way ahead of their time. They were some of the best practitioners of Guerrilla warfare ever.

I have watched your videos and found them really intresting. Already implemented some of the exercises to my training schdule as well. I would be intrested in the training of an ancient tribal barbarian warrior. Might it is a bit similar to the vikings but i guess their fighting style has altered.

As a historian and fitness-minded combat sports athlete, I came here mostly expecting to get satisfaction for the latter. But this was a fantastic segment about the Apache. I give it my historian seal of approval, thanks for such an all-around great video!

As an Echota Cherokee/Muscogee Creek living in the T dot, love that you showed some love to other Indigenous people on this. My training involves running from all the aunties that think I'm deadly.

I read a biography of Geronimo which said they-d run 70 miles per day, for days at a time. Looking at the pictures in the book, the warriors looked like hard men that I wouldn-t want to mess with.

We want Turkish Oil Wrestling video about their workout culture and nutritions. Oil Wrestlers did their workouts on nature with trees, rocks whatever they found. It may be great content: )

Animal agriculture destroyed my homeland as did the industrialization of the natural world. Today all most everyone is totally dependent on industrial civilization for survival!

What a great video! I'd love to see some Aztec training. Their training was a bit similar to Apache training, but diet was much different.
