Hey, maybe you could help me out? I have social anxiety, Insomnia etc. I have a best friend from my nursery, whom I am still currently friends with. But sometimes she gets too uncontrollable or something like that, like for example: If I did something like drink someones milkshake and told her not to tell, shed still gossip and tell. She is a good friend, and she does care about me. But sometimes it gets too much, sometimes she isnt trustworthy. Sometimes I think: Should I break a 12 year friendship because I think theyre untrustworthy in some situations, am I just thinking this because I still have grief from my other friendships that didnt work out? I honestly have no idea on what to do, I thought of the results/output if I did break my friendship with her. Big Arguments, Black-mailing, Potentially lying to my other friends that Ive done something I havent, but I also thought she probably wouldnt of done that, But arguments are probably something that will happen. What do you think?

i have found that keeping the curtains open to let natural sunlight in to help wake me up works great for helping to get the initial morning grogginess to reduce it's hold.
also having a small and VERY achievable to-do list helps, because the tasks are small and easy to do i can tick them off and get the happy chemicals going by getting the dopamine from completing a set task, and by very achievable i mean that todays list is: Fold the clothes, Shower and take meds. after that the day is mine to do with as i please, and i already have a rolling start to however i want to be productive. i'm a housewife at the moment but i did the same thing when i was working. at the end of each work day i would write down 5 things that needed to get done the next day. those were my priority. some days they would be all that i did, other days those 5 things achieved gave me the motivation and drive to get more done.

My problem all of my life is how I'm said to have a lack of motivation. I have (or had) very little personal energy and all my life as an electrician/mechanic and in the navy, I had to buck up, force myself along. People, practically everybody, made fun of me for being slow. Some people outright hated me for being slow. I lost good jobs one after another, made enemies, got screwed on promotions and raises because people thought I was being deliberately lazy and unmotivated. I went to shrinks what put me on depression pills that didn't work. Even today at 69 years old and retired, I still get the crap from my wife about being slow, as a home handyman, or driving too slow. In the navy, they were going to have a blanket party, where they throw a blanket over you and club you what can kill you or give you permanent brain damage.

Carbs will forever be a weakness for me. It makes me wish sometimes that I hadn't developed my Thyroid disease at 13 years old. I get that my health needs to be a priority, but when you don't have a thyroid and have to take medicine for it as well as metformin for your type-2 diabetes, this can make eating healthy feel more like a chore and less like something that's easy and fun. Baby steps. that's the only thing I'm able to say to myself.

Today is one of those days where I feel tired. But then again I kept waking up and falling asleep multiple times throughout the night. But also the fact that it's gloomy and rainy outside which is funny since it says in the video that 2 hours after sunlight is out it'll make you less tired, but I haven't seen the sun at all today so that would be another reason why

EVERYONE this is a message for you, you have so much in your life if you feel like your alone look at the people around you they support you and they don't see you as weak your strong and smart and if you think you got nothing left look at what you got ahead and think about the people that you care about keep going and don't loose that drive

I've been on Cymbalta for over a month, and it's been the sleepiest month of my life. Still tryna eat healthy, tho. I'm not cooking very much, but I'm trying to stick with berries, veggies, turkey, and cheese instead of giving into my constant cookie cravings. Sometimes I'm even successful.

The only thing that's brought me comfort lately is a Family Guy scene of all things.
Brian tells Stewie that he keeps a gun around just in case he needs a way out, and that actually sounds like a good idea. Although I might actually just end up using it.
Idk. I'm not doing well.

I have been feeling tired and unproductive over years due to frequent consumption of coffee, late sleep time, depression from post trauma, and weak mental health. I am slowly working on those things and try to drink more water instead of chocolate drink. I just love chocolate drink. XD

It is relatable. I failed some courses in college and it drove me to be like this. One ugly truth I learned is that there are professors that are unforgiving towards those who struggle with deadlines or those who secretly have depression (and there's nothing you can do about it.

i think there's a point this video missed: if you feel tired all the time, TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR AND GET TESTED FOR COMMON HEALTH ISSUES LIKE DIABETES, HEART DISEASE OR, GOD FORBID, CANCER. (if you're in the US & can't afford a doctor, consider applying to medicaid)

I was trying to explain to my friend that carbohydrates make me lethargic and she tried to argue with me. I just said, well, for me. She got the hint eventually. If one thing works for you, don't pin that on your friends. That's rude.

Listening to your narration voice makes me tired, but, like. not in a bad way? I dunno. I guess it's the chill factor or the ASMR or something. There have been times I've had to skip watching a video from P2G due to this, though. Hahaha

I get tired during class even when theres not much to do, because there are times where I sleep shorter than I usually do. That even extends to what types of food and drinks I consume. With these tips, I can keep them in mind.

Could you do a video talking about creative blocks? It's happening to me, I have no ideas for schoolwork that demand for me to express my creativity, I have nothing when I'm writing something and have no idea how to deal with it

I procrastinate my work, so to get it done I force myself to stay awake until I finish it. But I still cant work on it, so I end up staring at a screen until I physically cannot stay awake anymore.

I know I'm always tired because during the week I only sleep around 4 hours a day because of the amounts of homework and studying I need to do. And then I fall asleep at school the very next day lol
