Renewable energy is laughable right now! Solar power yeah, you're including the great pollution that solar panels will give when they have to be changed and the old ones have to be recycled? There's alreayd talk about how polluting this process is going to be with the recent high demand for solar panels. Or the many birds which are being SLAUGHTERED by wind mills? And how do we ever expand in outer space if we don't have an energy source that isn't reliant on Earth's climate?

If, and that's a powerful if, if this ever happens - it will happen over Hundreds of Years. Life, including humans, will Adapt. This has happened before and will happen again. But in our lifetime is just a scare tactic and well outside scientific possibility! -
Also, the current average temp in the Antarctica is -50f (45. 5c) and for that ice to melt the temp will have to go up more than 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Sorry, but that could never happen in -our lifetime. -

Not sure I believe this is man made but assuming it is the hilarious irony of the whole global warming thing is that more dense pollution could cool the planet. In the 1800-s most cities were enveloped in a cloud of smog from all the coal being burned, blocking some sunlight and creating cooler temperatures, much like the nuclear winter theory. Could it be that our cleaner air is contributing to warmer temperatures?

Yes climate change is real. It-s been real for billions of years. When I was a child, many years ago, everything was supposed to be underwater by now. Climate change has made many billionaires. All done out of fear. I-ll use all the fossil fuels I want, until they force me to stop. It renews itself so there-s a never ending supply. Problem is, getting it fast enough to serve and sustain humanity.

The northern hemisphere gets billions of tons of snow every year, so does the southern hemisphere, so by your logic that last 10%at the poles would flood Florida, west coast, East Coast, your booster shot is ready.
