I agree that these are all pretty ugly pictures, and the beliefs about childbirth and children from back then are weird and wrong. The only part they got right was, the man's sperm being needed in order to make the babies. Also, a 7-year-old is nowhere near being an adult. People's bodies haven't even matured yet at that age, let alone their minds. I'm glad that popular beliefs have changed over time.

Medieval/middle/renaissance ages was weird why did the europeans make the art with people with a circle around their heads? Looks like they have a light bulb on their head just paint the people how they looked like in real life dont know where they got the idea to alter anything

I mean they had a point. although kids obviously still have lots of growth to go thru at age 7. But the basic idea of them knowing right from wrong & are cognitive enough to make a decision, is completely accurate in my opinion.
