After being away from Destiny 2 for awhile (quit before 1 year, came back for Witch queen for about 6 months, been gone since, i watched Shadow Destiny's video about new players, and how its so hard for new players to play Destiny 2. Im not sure about Destiny 3 at this point. I'd much rather have a handful of smaller, single player campaigns that you cant really play anymore. Red War, Forsaken, Shadowkeep, etc. Each their own game, fully single player, with applicable strikes and raids, both adjusted for single player, and stripped down (or remove) a lot of the more overwhelming mechanics. Artifacts, armor mods, level grind, etc. I would easily pay like $20-$30 for something like that.

I'd like to see Kratos in a position of authority, ruling over a people, having to defend those people. Santa Monica has (in my opinion) been pretty clearly focusing Kratos' character arc on becoming a leader and I feel like with the end of Valhalla, this is a natural next step. That being said, I do hope that we get kind of a dual story, where we play as Atreus in his own adventure while Kratos deals with stuff back home. By the end of the game I'd love to see a reuniting with Atreus coming back at the last hour in some big way to help Kratos overcome some foe.

I do have my fair share of issues with the Jedi series (mostly technical issues) but man it feels good to play as a Jedi, that is why I don't like a lot of rather new star wars content, specially in games, when you can play as a Jedi, why should I be interested in playing as someone with a blaster. (ngl, it would be cool to play as the mandalorian, but that is due to the character, not the type of character if that makes any sense)

Amazing video Jake from gameranx of gaming news, fantastic job. I’m still not impressed by star wars outlaws something about it is missing, can’t pick my finger it why. I missing jumping god of wars game, hope they bring back jumping in the new games too. I might check out the new fallout series on the weekend soon and I hope more Bethesda games become movies or tv shows, like star field, elder scroll probably dooms too.

I feel like Star Wars has been doing a little too well with their last installments and will fall short on outlaws. Let's get everyone to buy and pay extra for this game and it be a total flop but at least we have our money. Onto the next game. I mean if you've played any Ubisoft game you've pretty much played them all. I hope I'm wrong. This trailer has given me a smidge of hope though. Can't wait for the before you buy.

Kratos, drinks from the Fountain of Youth nestled within the Oasis of a forsaken desert, underwent a transformation, reclaiming his younger self. His newfound vitality was now dedicated to the noble quest of rescuing Atries from a villain deep within of a time portal where Atries is looking to twist back time to save his father from a certain curse.

kratos should ALWAYS BE PLAYABLE. That helps the series keeps its soul and focus and avoid sequilitis. We didnt permanently switch luigi for mario or swap out another spartan for master chief. Kratos now has become new all father and can travel to other realms and realities. PLEANTY to work with and its not a bs pull that he could fight other goods either.

I’m probably alone on this but I think final shape destiny’s final expansion they didn’t really put any effort in, seeing how you can mix all the subclasses is cool but just feels like a last thought effort, screw it mix all subclasses in one who cares. Been playing Destiny since D1 beta & im still hearttorn how bungie treats it’s dedicated players

So Ubisoft showing video clips then they open the pre order's with pretty pictures and useless passes no thank you I'll wait for the bargain bin when it comes to Ubisoft I don't like the way they promote games or force gamers to give up the physical copy of their games. Maybe they should take a page out of stellar blade marketing and be gamer friendly.

I absolutely loved the Fallout series (episode 1 & 2) for now. It captures the atmosphere and tone of the source material and you can tell that there was a lot of love put into it. I really really loved the inclusion of the original game sound tracks. Brings back so many memories from FO3 & 4. Awesome. Can't wait to get back and complete season. 1.

Ubisoft is like McDonalds. McDonalds could make something as wrechid as Hagis. But when you taste that organ meat, you still know that it was from McDonalds. Even that could be McDonalized. They'll even sell their new McHagis for a limited time.
The other thing that you feel is the sickness after paying Ubisoft to feed you McHagis.

Pre-orders serve no real purpose for the consumer/player anymore.
Before this digital age, it made sense. You guaranteed your physical copy in store when stores could quickly run out of launch day stock.
Today it makes no sense other than to, possibly, show support for a title before launch.

Thanks for the video. Jake, you finally got a haircut. I very rarely pre-order games and I definitely don't invest in DLC until I've played the game. The season pass can be a bargain if it includes a lot of DLC. If you can wait a while, it's often cheaper or will be on sale too.

As a Prince of Persia fan, I'm depressed. Literally, all I want is POS Sands if Time 4k, 60fos, better graphics. That's ALL I ask. Hell, just make it 4k, I'll be okay. Just don't give up on it. I'll never like Assassins Creed for permanently obscuring this amazing IP.

I like that Jake and the Gameranx group preorder/ get early access to games, so we can see a Before You Buy vid. That way we get a honest opinion on whether it's worth spending our hard earned money. I only preorder games that are follow ups to games I enjoyed.

Taking leak info I passed on info for the last of us 2 and Spider-Man 2 a year prior to its release re. Joel and Venom but I don’t have an X account so it gets lost in the wind but I always post in comments here, ign and whatculture and every now and then Gamespot.

They really made Kay Vess look horrible in Star Wars: Outlaws. I'd be super pissed if I were her. The only game I've ever preordered was the World of Warcraft games like Dragonflight. There are never any issues where it makes the game unplayable.

I love Destiny 2 but idk it feels hard going back to it since I haven't played it in a long time and I don't really have anyone to play it with anymore so hopefully Destiny 3 is gonna be real and I can have a fresh new start to enjoy it

It's not just the fact that it's Ubisoft, it's the disgusting amount of spite they put into the female character all for the trans gaze.
I will not purchase another game from a studio that is going to intentionally uglify the females.

What happened to preordering ultimate edition of games and getting cool physical items Like statues and bags and other goodies. Digital stuff don't really mean squat especially with Ubisoft. You'll loose access to it years down the road.
