18 Action Movies You Need To See At Least Once In Your Lifetime Gregory: Actually if you love action films, I feel like some of these films you can still skip.
I'd gladly take Drive or the original Fast and the Furious over Baby Driver, but I feel like stunt driving should be in it's own action category.
I'm not sure why not a single Jet Li film wasn't mentioned. Try Unleashed. He changed his fighting style to match how he felt the main character would move.
I definately agree with John Wick, Crouching Tiger & Kung Fu Hustle (it was surprisingly interesting)
Kill Bill, The Bourne Identity & the Fifth Element are also on my top list.
I think that people should probably watch The Matrix at least once, T2 & also Die Hard. Why did they pick 18 as the cutoff?
Guardians of the Galaxy is one of my favorite films, but I wouldn't have chosen it for a top action film. Even staying within the Marvel realm I'd have first taken Black Panther, Captain America: Winter Soldier, Deadpool, Logan or whole host of others before GOTG.
Finally I have a few that I loved that might not be popular opinion:
Shanghai Noon with Jackie Chan.
The Transporter.
Demolition Man (all restaurants are now Taco Bell, lol)

I resent your assessment of The Equalizer tv series. It was very good and Ed Woodward presented an impressive portrayal of Robert McCall his classy; Cary Grant like character was juxtaposed to the intense avenging of wrongs. Denzel Washington was excellent as Robert McCall but he played his character as a tightly coiled viper, whose strike was deadly and dynamically under control. Ed Woodward's Robert McCall was deadly because he was always steps ahead and the control was not unleashed it was a dynamism that was directed from the very start, an unrelenting force.

10: 56 The Equalizer tv series: Compared to today's woke series and movies. it was rather good. Robert McCall is believable as the ex CIA agent who wants to make amends for his past by helping innocent victims of fraud/ the mob/ etc
I have the videos on my HDD. What's so cheesy about this series? for example, it is far less boring than Person of Interest which has the insane female cop played by Taraji P. Henson who is more interested in prosecuting a victim than the hooligans who attacked him.

Sorry but I don't agree with on the bond movies, daniel Craig's movies look or feel nothing like a bond movie should. The trademark of bond movies is the underlying dry British humour, that in a subtle way borders on the self deprecating humour. Craig's movies on the contrary lack humour and class that bond movies have come to symbolize. They feel more like a high class gangster movie. They suck, that's my opinion.

think if we ever did a remake or part 2 of face off now it could look more amazing as they can cgi faces now adays the only minor flaw with that movie was logic if they swapped face how come their body looked like the other guy too shouldnt their body stayed the same only their faces changed not a big deal but make no sense if you think about it

There was absolutely no joy in the guardians movie. Every time I tried to like a character or part of the movie, it would let me down. I really tried to like it but the whole movie is applying itself to the lowest common denominator shoddily disguised as action/sci-fi/comedy/hero comic/whatever and falls well short of anything good. I liked the sequel.

egde of tomorrow is not a video game inspired movie. its manga inspired. i expect you to do better research than this looper if you actually gave five minutes looking into the movie with even the laziest of mindset you wouldat least know that this is from a manga. i guess groundhog day is video game inspired too only because death causes a restart.

Actually no, I would say that technically speaking, Rogue One is the best Star Wars. It has fantastic cgi and effects that match and beat almost any other movie, had no annoying characters or excuses to sell toys, and is put together well with no cringy dialogue. I'd say that it's not the best, but it is the best put together

You got some solid martial arts movies on here, but my favorite is Fearless with Jet Li. One of the most interesting and epic martial arts movies I have ever seen, plus the theme of the movie is one that can apply to anyone. Great fights, great story, great characters. Watch the movie if you haven't already.
