Five Eater staffers are pitted against one another to see who can make the best cake while at home during the quarantine. The contestants had three hours and recorded their processes themselves. Editor-in-chief Amanda Kludt and restaurant editor Hillary Dixler Canavan from Eater take part in the judging alongside expert baker and Eater Young Gun 19 Zoe Kanan to decide who put together the most visually stunning cake.
