Looks delicious and I'm definitely going to try it this way, but it made me think. How about adding some garlic and herbs to the secret sauce - like thyme and oregano, maybe even wrap some fresh basil around the breasts. Then swap bacon for prosciutto and have fresh mozzarella melt on top (maybe for the last 5 mins in the oven. Lastly, serve on a bun with tomato sauce meatball sandwich style.

I think the return to red meat and full fat dairy has given women curvier body shapes. These foods are high in fat and estrogen so most of it will end up in the breasts. These saturated fats form the basis of most new yorkers diets and a lot of younger female celebrities from new york often have very large breasts. Its the new diet that is rich in animal saturated fat!

I dunno if there's any overlap of Chef John and CHEFPK fans (I imagine there is, but did anyone else notice that John used the same kind of Japanese barbecue sauce that CHEFPK used in his Demon Slayer pizza video uploaded a few hours before this? That feels like too much of a weird coincidence unless that BBQ sauce is popular and I just heard about it.

Plus i know exactly what's in this, which 0 people eating actual hot-dogs can say. Oh you might think you know what's in it, but you don't. and you never will. I agree, the people who actually know what's in these because they make them, probably don't eat hot-dogs themselves: )

BUT CHEF JOHN Why didn t you Drizzle/Brush BBQ Sauce, while the Chicken/Bacon Dawgs were still in the oven and baked onto. That to me would of been the Better Method. And also. These Dawgs would of been even better on a Hot Grill.

Chef John, nice, so after the marinade you did not bacon/chicken braid, lol. Good idea, the bacon in between may not only be flimsy, it may not even cook fully unless you nearly burn or over cook the chicken to a rubbery texture

Is there any reason you can't just meat mallet smash the thicker parts of the chicken breast?
Also, have you ever tried kentucky gold BBQ sauce? Its a mustard base BBQ sauce with bourbon, its great on ribs and porj.

Anytime I wrap anything with bacon, I always pre-cook the bacon a bit first so that by the time the chicken, in this case, l cooks the bacon is also nicely crisped as well.

watching you apply that sauce was absolutely soul destroying. it was like watching the teenage protagonist talking to their crush and spaghetti just going everywhere
