Learn how to make a Lemon Ice Recipe Don Carmen: I once put some Irish Mist into a wine skin for a day of skiing on Sunshine in Banff. 40 below that day. On the way up my mustache had rather long icicles attached. My buddy and I stopped after a while for a drink. The Irish Mist turned into this wonderful slushie. That was cool Pun equally intended.

Glad you mentioned the vodka because that's exactly what I did a couple weeks ago when I made watermelon granita. I mixed the vodka into my initial liquid mixture and it came out great with a spritz of fresh lime juice. A refreshing treat on those 90+ degree days.

I made your cantaloupe cayenne sorbet It was delicious Use two pinch cayenne. It was too spicy for some folks if you use the recipe amount (like I did. I recommend the recipe. I can't wait to try this recipe. I'll let you know how it turns out

Question: if we are saving it for later and we stick it in the freezer, it'll solidify. so once we're ready to eat more after that point, what needs to be done? Or is it only all to be eaten pretty much right away? Thanks

When I'm really lazy I like to just put a bottle of Powerade in the freezer and shake it about every 30 minutes until it's chunky enough. Maybe drink a little bit of it beforehand so there's room for it to shake.

I think I am going to make this with strawberries. Or is that against the rules? Or could you do the recipe for an Orange Julius? maybe I can use the strawberries in there, unless it's against the rules. ;-)

I do not use the fork technique. I use a good strong 1/2 gallon plastic jug with a large lid. I put 5 o 6 stainless steel marbles, and I shake the 1/4 or 1/3 of gallon liquid every 30 mn.

I see a couple of tiny seeds that got through the lemon squeezer, which reminds me of something funny my father told me a long time ago. I totally thought that story was going to take a darker turn.

When ever there is not around the outside line, the video feels empty. Whenever there is no repetition, if feels plain wrong. This video right here made me super happy, and also yeah, cool recipe.
