Hi! Awesome video. I bought your book and i love it! I had dinner at your restaurant with my boyfriend an he had the tortellini filled with veal ragu. The one in sage and lemon buttersauce. He thought ot was amazing but i cant find a veal ragu recipe anywhere. Is it like Genarros ragu? Please help me

My daughter made home made pasta at school but we cooked it at home! It tasted so much better than the dried packet pasta we usually use. Delicious with my home made pasta sauce!
