Sigeumchi-namul is a Korean side dish (banchan) made of blanched spinach seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. The spinach is only slightly cooked, leaving it a little crispy, but still soft and tasty.

Spinach dish my way is first clean, boil and cut like your way.
Second, fried to garlice into oil and cut some onion. Also need some peanut power ( I do homemade it), salt or fish sauce. Combine all together into spinach and mix well.
Finally, ready to eat.

Im from Jakarta, Indonesia, I wish u hv some video preparing sidedish that usually provided at Korean package meal such I ever had at Jeju Island. Beside the meat, d provide 6-8 side dish as an condiment. Would u pls make d video. Thanks a lot b4.

I made this and can't believe it's soo tasty all the while I was thinking she didn't add salt bt when I tasted I realised it didn't need any salt yummm it's added to my weekly dishes thankssss sooooo much

How long can i store that in fridge? I am planning to make a lot and just put out when i need them. i am living alone, i dont want to cook always.
