Hello there Maangchi! I made these pancakes today morning and I had some issues. After both sides of the pancake turned golden brown, it still wasn't cooked in the inside. The inside of the pancake turned out to be watery and not soft although I left it longer to cook. What could be the problem? Should I cook it on medium-low heat or add more oil? I had to throw them away unfortunately but they looked very delicious so I want to make it again.

Hello maangchi! I am from India I really had interest in Korean foods watching Korean dramas and the first recipe I saw yours was kimchi I absolutely loved it and I started watching your videos from then. Recently I gave a try on potato pancake I absolutely loved it especially the sause. Thank you!

Hi Maangchi, I just made this. I didn't have potato starch, used cornstarch instead and it turned our so good. Thank you for great simple recipe
