Hi maangchi, I want to let you know that I love your detailed demonstration of dishes, from your food preparation to the finished product. Through your videos I have learnt lots from you from packing of your lunch with individual paper cups to freezing dumpling on a tray till frozen and thereafter packing it in Ziplock and the list goes on. oh maangchi whenever i saw your recipes i feel to eat that. iam from india so i couldn't get your ingredients to make your korien style foods. i miss your korien food. i think your recipes are so delicious. iam your big fan my friend. in my life at least one time i would like to eat that kimchi mmmh sooo delicious i think so. keep cooking more recipes. god bless you byeeeee

I went to France in 2010 when I was 18 and I had a wonderful time, but I was also too young and sheltered to truly appreciate the trip. I love Maangchi and her recipes, and this isn't her fault at all, but this is the first episode that's ever made me feel sad. I hope someday I can go back and do France the proper justice.

I really want to try to cook this recipe. Next time I go to my Asian market I will pick up the ingredients for this. I've always been intimated with octopus because I'm afraid I'll overcook it, but this looks very easy
