It never occurred to me to blanch tuna to get the outside cooked! i always used to fry it. Goes onto amazon/ebay for the ingredients for dashi stock Thanks again for another great video! :)

Why are you using bluefin tuna? Considering they are endangered and all, shouldn't you be looking to use another kind of tuna? Cool video nevertheless!
