I'm spending time with family in San Antonio, Tx and making lots of tamales. Wow, this was fantastic I miss my family getting together. I grew up in an Italian family and the whole family would come together to make homemade pasta for the holidays. 0 the good old days. Merry Christmas and happy new year to you and your family

Those tamales looked amazing. Our family tradition we make Nicaraguan Nacatamal with a chunk of pork or chicken so delicious.
