Cook a lazy one pot meal with me. This creamy cheesy shells and beef recipe is perfect for an easy meal. The cold weather is here and this one pot pasta recipe is keeping us warm. INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 lb small pasta shells 1 envelope of taco seasoning mix 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1 drained can of Rotel 4 1/2 cups water 8 oz mild cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups heavy cream salt and pepper to taste I like mixing my own Taco seasoning, tastes fresher. I like you included your sin in preparation. I like using cream as a good healthy fat. Might use less cheese

I love the simple concept of a one pot meal that is so satisfying. Is there a reason why you drained the Rotel I see you added quite a bit of water. I'm thinking using the Rotel liquid would add to the flavor. Stay warm. Thank you for the no-nonsense recipes.

We are used to that weather here in Utahbut Texas! Crazy. I just finished shoveling several inches of wet, heavy snow off my driveway and walks. Ugh, is it Spring yet!
