Here is a refreshing Pineapple drink that is one of my favorites. INGREDIENTS 4 cups fresh pineapple 4 to 5 cups cold water 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup sugar (or to your taste) 1/8 tsp salt Richard: I love aqua de pina. This recipe looks so simple. I ll try it now that the weather is getting warm. The only bad thing is that I can guzzle the whole pitcher on a hot day.

Ooh! This looks so delicious! Can't wait to try it. I often use a home canning funnel to fill pitchers such as the one you are using. It may eliminate having to use a spouted measuring cup. The funnel comes in handy for filling dry ingredients into containers, as well. Not just for canning.

This beverage reminds me of Tampico orange juice/drink. It's super sweet and tangy. By the way, that background music ( 0: 50) must be what serial killers play in their basement torture chambers before they get down to business.

I would suggest not throwing the core of the pineapple away. I was informed that it contains more bromelain than any other part of the pineapple. Healthy healthy. drink sounds yummy and doesn't need a sweetener. That's the best kind

Can hardly wait to try your recipe. Looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing! Btw, a wide mouth stainless steel funnel comes in handy for task such as filling small mouthed pitchers.
