Today I am cooking at home and baking crispy chicken wings. I am also making a ranch dip and 2 easy wing sauces. Oven-baked wings are easy to make. They pair well with a side of fresh carrots and celery for dipping. Ingredients 32 chicken wing sections (or 3 1/2 lbs) (I used a mix of flats and drummettes) SEASONED DREDGE 1/2 cup cornstarch or all-purpose flour 1 1/2 to 2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp salt-free lemon pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp celery salt HOT WING SAUCE 3 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 clove of garlic (crushed) 1 Tbsp honey 1/2 cup hot sauce BBQ WING SAUCE 2 Tbsp unsalted butter 1/2 cup of your favorite bbq sauce 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayo 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried dill 1 Tbsp dried chives 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup milk or water

Your always making something that I was thinking about eating! I wanted to get some wings for dinner tonight, but I decided I would eat leftovers from last night. Spaghetti and meat sauce with Italian sausage, and some garlic bread.

You keep posting videos right after I make the same thing! We just had chicken fried streak and then wings. I wish I had seen your wings before I made them. These look yummy! Any chance you re making a potato salad video soon?

Can this be used for bigger pieces of chicken? I don't have an air fryer and I want crispy chicken w/o having to deep fry it.

Love your recipes, you reminded me of me when measuring the seasonings. I never use measuring spoons, I always use my hand.
