You should try restaurants like this in Taiwan. I noticed you only tried 2 stir fry restaurants when you were there- 1 in which you ordered mapo tofu and the other you visited on your last day. If you visit Taiwan again, I'd probably suggest these restaurants since this seems to be your type of food.

The stir fried beef looks amazing. Reminded me of the time I had this fantastic stir fried beef in Bedok. It was one of the most tender beef dishes I've ever eaten. Not sure if it was artificially tenderized, so I won't give out the address till I try again and find more info.

Another great food video from Mark and Yin. Oh wow. I know I'll never get to Singapore to sample that delicious food that you just ate, but watching you enjoying those dishes makes me feel like I was there with you. You made my day start in a delightful way. thanks again.

I've watched your videos for years and I just knew that you're half Chinese: ) I always thought you were Hawaiian cos I remember seeing a video of your grandmother. Anyway, lots of love from your fan right here in Malaysia- keep those food videos coming in

I don't think Ying eats first. if the plates r full of food n the food is piping hot when mark tastes them. unless she eats from a different set of food. which is probably not true if they are sharing or eating frugally. he definitely eats first

Mark I'd absolutely love to see you devote an entire segment to the various chili/hot/pepper sauces you've encountered throughout your travels. As a fellow chilies fanatic I'm dying to know which ones really stood out

Everything looked soooo delicious, Mark. Especially the beef with green onions and ginger. Gonna try to replicate it for dinner tonight since I have all the ingredients. Hope it's going to turn out half way decent.
