Im a European who has studied, lived, worked and traveled in more than 20 countries including the US, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, my native Norway. of all the countries I have discovered, my favorite food by far has been the food Of Morocco and Lebanon, followed by Japan and Thailand. the rest pales in comparison. Palestinian food looks so scrumptious and gorgeous and extremely similar to Lebanese and Syrian food. Whats amazing and cool, I hear Fairouz ( legendary Lebanese diva and adored in the entire Arab world ) in the background.

All wonderful, delicious foods, now you make me feel very hungry. lol. Just a pointer, Jewish people don't eat any dairy with meats, which is actually a good practice since the milk proteins take longer to digest its better to leave the system deal with simple proteins separately. I would love to visit the Holy Land and enjoy all these cultures; Ashkenazi, Sefardi, Palestinian, Greek, Armenian, Ethiopian, Samarian, Jordanian, and others. Enjoy and share a meal together

The problem with his reviews is he has nothing bad to say about anything. Everything tastes wonderful and we know thats not true. Another critique is he eats like there is no tomorrow. An insult to those in this world who eat a 1/10 of what he consumes daily. His reviews are becoming harder to watch due to his and his sycophants gluttonous appetites.

Just a comment about Michaels food outside Tel Aviv, there is nothing Israeli about it, its clearly Palestinian, Moroccan, Lebanese, in other words totally Arabic-Middle Eastern. The exception is the creamy desert which could be German, Austrian or Nordic. Israel is an invention, so is their food.
