Where's the fermentation? Where's the proofing? And the re-rolls? Now there's semolina in the dough? I don't get it. I'm sure he's a great chef but not a baker. Maybe he dumbed it down for the Munchies video?

I worked in the restaurant business for about a decade. The secret to every good meal you ever ate is either butter, salt, sugar, or a collection of all three. Those muffins look dank.

Superb looking Muffins, I've made hundreds of these in my time and these look lovely. The Rosemary Butter is a great idea and nice to see your not tight with it. LOADS OF BUTTER!

what is this thing about -english muffins-. that looks more like a scone than a muffin. the muffins we have in england are exactly the same as the ones you have in the states.

LMAO i'm English and I don't know what these are & we literally don't use buttermilk in cooking (unless it's a foreign recipe) so this recipe is a mess.

Most of this seems very doable. People get addicted to Mountain Dew Baja blast aka carbonated chemicals. Butter, butter, butter, rocking everywhere.
