I never had 3Floyds until a week ago, but I'm gassed off some Alpha King as I type this. I can tell you this is the best damn beer I've ever had. And I love all styles, from lagers to stouts, to whatever. --But this Alpha King is on a different level. It's crazy to think that Zombie Dust, which I've never had, is their best beer. that I haven't even had their best beer. --How in the hell can it get better than this? --If you drink 3Floyds and don't like it, all I can say is that beer is not for you, because this is the best stuff ever to go down a person's gullet.

Honestly the most memorable time I-ve ever had at a brewery. I remember the bartenders were laid back and not cocky which is always a huge plus. They were playing records that seemed to fit their mood and how busy it was on that rainy humid day. When I entered at open they were playing Didjits Hey Judester and then switched to the Fela Kuti Zombie EP.

While I love Zombie Dust, people really need to try some of the other offerings. I'm so tired of hearing about GBhead and ZD when there are so many other APAs and IPAs that are 10x more available. Space Station Middle finger, Arctic Panzer Wolf, Blackbeard, Apocalypse Cow, Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker and Warmullet are all great examples.

These dudes are the best, I once picked up a 6 pack of gumball head that went bad somehow, and they over nighted a 6 pack of fresh gumball head the very next day when i wrote a email to them. Awesome customer service and great selection of beers. Their Chicagos best brewery and theyre not even located in the same state let alone city.

Can't have enough metal heads making beer. I approve of this type of activity. The distillery by these guys will be amazing. I haven't tried a sour beer yet. Haven't ran across any at my neighborhood narcoleptic geriatric bar.

Interesting video. However 3 Floyd-s have not adapted. With all the great local selections in Chicago, it-s just not what it used to be. Cases of Zombie Dust untouched last time I was at the liquor store.

Hell yeah. These guys make such good brews. Nice to see fellow Indiana folks on Munchies! Lucky I always have access to their beer. :D Have yet to check out their brewpub, though!

Kick ass. If I lived in Indiana I'd sneak into that brewery, get noticed, and work hard to climb the ladder to eventually be a trusted lieutenant in that organization.
